5 out of 5 starsFantastic! My plant was carefully packed and shipped. I usually expect minor leaf loss or cosmetic blemishes just because it's a live plant and that happens. However, my beautiful mermaid tail was wrapped so well that it came perfect. It even had a few cuttings tied to the wrapped plant that I've already rooted and planted! Wonderful seller, quality plants, and carefully packaged. Would definitely recommend and buy from again!

Care instructions
These are plant cuttings which come to you unrooted. You will have to plant them in soil and keep them protected until they become acclimated to their permanent location.Root them in fast draining soil. Do not overwater them. Water only when top 2 inches of soil is dry. Slowly increase the direct sunlight after there are lots of roots.
I am ordering in the winter from a location that experiences frost. Will the plants be ok?
Please be aware that succulents cannot survive in areas of frost, snow or temps below 40 degrees. They turn to black mush. If you are ordering from these areas of the US, please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for the plants arriving to you damaged. I can suggest that you wait until your area experiences warmer weather to order.
Where do you get your planters that are in your photos?
I also create beautiful planters in my other Etsy shop wickedclaygirl.etsy.com drop by and see the selection of handmade ceramic planters.
My Plant looks unhappy/damaged during shipping. Will you replace it or provide a refund?
No but if I can help, I will be happy to try my best. At times, the plant is irreplaceable and one of a kind. I can provide you with information to give to the USPS to file a claim. It helps to not order during frost or heatwaves in your area. They usually will refund minus the shipping provided that you have photos of the item and the original packaging.
How long do roots take to form?
They usually take 4-8 weeks to form during their growing cycle. Even if the plant is in a dormant cycle, they will save their energy and begin to root when their growing season begins. Keep in filtered sunlight and not in direct sun until roots are very established. Do not overwater, they will die and cannot stand constantly moist soil. The trick is to water them when the top 1 1/2 inch of soil is completely dry. When you are ready to place in full sun area, get it acclimated by putting it out for an hour and then slightly extend the time in the sun over a week.
